DOCA’s History & Reports

DOCA’s roots are firmly planted in the town’s vibrant Carnival history. The International Street Festival was introduced in 1999 and has grown to become one of the biggest and most exciting free outdoor arts events in the South West. Alongside the Carnival Confetti Battle, Colour Rush and Winter Festival these major annual events are now celebrated as part of yearly programme of events.
