Dress Circle by Circus Rum Ba Ba is their second walkabout act for this year festival. An enormous woman with sumptuously brocaded child-bearing hips will glide around Devizes effortlessly as if propelled from beneath. She will share social tittle-tattle with the audience as she careers between them.
When at last she chooses her spot to stop, the orchestra from beneath her petticoats tunes up and with great aplomb, her skirts open to reveal a full theatre and a series of theatrical surprises.
An enchanting line up of short vaudeville and circus acts, amusingly compered by the great lady herself with plenty of audience participation. A beauty not to be missed!
